You need to pay €25 per user/month billed annually. There are unlimited inbound and intracompany calls. However, free inbound calling is unavailable in case you select certain high-cost country numbers. You can have unlimited call queuing, a mobile app, international numbers (140+ countries), and automated call distribution.
Essential
Essential plan starts at €30 per user/month billed annually. All features of the Starter package are included in this price plan. In addition, you will have advanced analytics with unlimited history, real-time client dashboard, Open API, workflow automation, SMS/text messages, skill-based routing, and integration to other systems.
Expert
Expert package starts at €50 per user/month billed annually. This package includes all the Essential plan features. Moreover, you will be offered powerful features like salesforce integration, power dialer, smart dialer, wallboards, speech to text, unlimited concurrent calls, SQL exporter, call monitoring (e.g., call barfing, call whispering), and predictive dialer.
Custom
