Professionally-recorded Custom Greetings

To help businesses establish a polished and professional presence, Grasshopper offers a Voice Studio feature. This service enables users to have their phone greetings and messages professionally recorded, enhancing the caller experience and reinforcing brand credibility. The Voice Studio service is available as an add-on for a one-time fee of $75 per order. ​

Toll-free/local numbers

Each Grasshopper plan includes at least one business phone number, with options for toll-free, vanity, or local numbers. Businesses can choose a number that aligns with their branding and target market. Additionally, existing numbers can be ported to Grasshopper at no extra cost, ensuring continuity in business communications.

Simultaneous Call Handling

Grasshopper’s simultaneous call handling feature ensures that multiple incoming calls are managed efficiently. This functionality allows multiple calls to be handled at the same time, ensuring that callers do not encounter busy signals and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Call Forwarding and Transfers
