We are recently transfer our 2 phone lines from Verizon to Ring Central. We really like it, it cuts our costs 30% and they do have a great customer service that answer your call 24/7.
I'v used RingCentral for years, and have had very few problems. Each problem has been quickly resolved.
We have been using RingCentral for about 9 months now and the service is very good. The VoIP online portal takes time to get acquainted with, especially the interface. However, with the initial training and follow on session it makes the product easier to understand. I recommend it for customers small to large over POTS systems.
