GoToWebinar offers four tiers of pricing aimed at every business from the startup to well-established, enterprise-level organizations.
The four levels are branded as Starter, Pro, Plus, and Enterprise.
Each of the plans in the GoToWebinar pricing structure can be paid out in annual subscription payments or monthly subscription payments. By choosing to pay annually, a business saves 20% compared to paying for GoToWebinar in monthly subscription payments.
When compared to their largest market share competitors in the UK, ezTalks.com, the GoToWebinar package pricing is a little more expensive. However, GoToWebinar allows for more participants at each level of service. GoToWebinar, unlike ezTalks, does not have a free plan, but rather has a free, seven-day trial period.
However, comparing GoToWebinar to ezTalks is kind of like comparing a teenager to the adult, as the “GoTo” family of communications products have been around a long time and are a mature offering in the marketplace.
To this point, GoToWebinar has an “Enterprise” level that newer webinar platforms can’t offer because their systems are not as robust and mature. In the Enterprise plan, GoToWebinar allows for webinars with attendees numbering up to 5,000.
Paid annually to take advantage of 20% savings, the plans are priced as follows.
Starter – $89 per month
Good for up to 100 participants.
Pro – $199 per month
Good for up to 500 participants.
Plus – $499 per month
Good for up to 1000 participants.
Enterprise – contact sales
Good for up to 5,000 participants.
The most popular plan available through GoToWebinar is at the “Pro” level. The Pro level allows for 500 participants, which is enough for most small and mid-size companies. Additionally, this level provides functionality (above the “Starter” tier package) for video sharing, video embedding, transcripts, video editing, custom URL, and recorded events.
