Porting

Porting allows users to keep numbers from previous VoIP services and move them to their VoIPLy account. This process takes a while to complete, around 2-4 weeks, but it allows businesses to keep their phone numbers and upgrade to better VoIP services.

Ring groups

This is particularly useful for larger businesses. It allows you to call a number and have it ring for multiple users at the same time, or in a specific order. For example, you can call a number and have the phone ring for 3 users simultaneously, or just one user, and if they don’t answer it moves on to the next user in the group.

An app called Zoiper is available for Android users and allows you to make calls from your mobile phone.
