Vonage offers four VoIP pricing plans. Depending on the number of intended users, companies may have to schedule a call with sales to get a custom quote across all plans. Note that third-party applications and add-ons incur additional costs. Here are the major plans you can subscribe to:
Express Plan
This basic metered plan costs £10 per user/month. It’s suitable for businesses looking for essential communication tools. You get access to 30+ calling features on the mobile and desktop apps and only pay for what you use.
Core Plan
This is Vonage’s basic unlimited plan aimed at growing businesses. It costs £18 per user/month and includes all Express features plus unlimited domestic calling and unlimited Vonage Meetings with up to 200 participants, as well as analytics and reporting.
Pro Plan
At £20 per user/month, the Pro plan is Vonage’s most popular package and is tailored for businesses that require advanced VoIP features. In addition to every feature available in the Core plan, you also get CRM integrations, a virtual receptionist, on-demand call recording, advanced analytics, call monitoring, unlimited call queue, and call groups.
Max Plan
The Max plan offers the full suite of Vonage’s capabilities with all the bells and whistles. It costs £25 per user/month and is best for large-scale enterprises. In addition to Pro features, users can enjoy company-wide call recording, Vonage Integration Suite, CRM integrations, and priority support.
Vonage’s plans are flexible, competitive, and transparent. They provide excellent value for the quality features and uptime reliability they deliver.
Integrations
One of Vonage’s standout features is its ability to integrate with everyday business applications. Remote teams will benefit from Vonage’s integration with Microsoft Teams, which provides video conferencing tools and native calling within the Teams app. Vonage’s integration with Salesforce enables users to manage calls, access customer information, integrate with the contact center, and log interactions directly within Salesfore, without requiring client-side installation.
You can also sync contacts, manage calendars, and streamline workflows within Google’s suite of productivity tools. Marketing firms will love the integration with HubSpot, which allows for call management, customer interaction tracking, and business analytics. For improved customer support operations, Vonage’s integration with Zendesk provides efficient call management and support ticket logging within the Zendesk platform.
